We’ve had a lot going on in January, so here’s a quick recap:
16/18U started their seasons off this past weekend at the MLK Classic in Eugene. While we showed great growth, we got a good picture of where we stand and what we need to do. We’re confident that the girls will do what’s necessary to achieve their goals.
12 and 14U had their qualifiers in January, and both age groups did well setting themselves up for the remainder of the season. Much like the high school teams, we are doing great things, but still have much to improve on.
In December, we had a great time watching the National Championships together, and would like to thank Providence St. Vincent for their continued support of our ohana.
At this point in the season, we hope to see the kids hit the curve and start that upward trend, but we need to focus on the journey instead of the immediate results. A huge mahalo from our staff to our parents for all your support, as it really is all of you that make us successful. We are truly blessed to be surrounded with such wonderful kids and families. Keep getting after it, and as always, Hiki No!!
