T.E.A.M. Hiki No has teamed up with ADAPT Training to incorporate a supplemental training plan ensuring peak performance from our athletes.
ADAPT Training is committed to preparing Athletes for Excellence!
Hiki No understands that the development of an athlete is more then just practicing volleyball skills. Our partnership comes in three different applications of the ADAPT Training system.
GROUP TRAINING
Our in-season training sessions are designed to maximize the athletic improvement of each Hiki No athlete while coordinating with the weekly practice schedule. This commitment to training is over and above the industry standard in club sports.
SUPPLEMENT BOOK
The work of an athlete doesn’t end at practice or the gym. These sports specific training books are designed to maximize recovery, create durability and elevate performance. The age of our Hiki No athletes creates many additional needs for supplemental training. These books will keep your athlete in the game.
RETURN TO SPORT PROGRAM
Aggressive and timely rehabilitation is critical for injuries that can happen within an athletic environment. Active recovery with an understanding of the sport and athlete separates the ADAPT program from traditional therapy. Contact kandice@adapttraining.com with any injury questions.
Taking advantage of all three components of the ADAPT system is a formula for success. Best of luck in your season!
